Short Bio

I have fifteen years’ experience in Production Management Systems, People’s Management and looking at Human's talents, Labour Relations issues and have a strong knowledge of Labour Law Management Systems. I recently Obtained a Post Grad in Labour Law Practice (Labour Dispute Resolution) at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and an Accredited Commercial Mediator (Court Aligned Commercial Mediation Certificate) from the University of Cape Town / Mediation in Motion, I am registered with South African Board for People Practices as an Industrial Relations and Labour Law Specialist Professional, I intend to do Masters Degree in Labour Law next year, Currently enrolled with the University of Pretoria for a Programme in Engineering Management. I work as a Production Management Supervisor at Nissan SA -Rosslyn Stamping Plant, Previously worked as a Ford Production Management Systems Trainer at Ford Motor Co- Straundale Engine Plant in Port Elizabeth as well as the Production Management Supervisor at Faurecia Interior Systems in Uitenhage Plant at the Eastern Cape. I have a sound knowledge of Labour Law, Public Service Law, Human rights Law, CCMA and Bargaining Council’s Processes as well as Labour Court on Dispute Prevention and Resolution. I have a unique combination of practical academic experience and offer a wide range of supporting services combining the legal, employment relations, organisational growth and business dimensions. I am able to provide relevant, up-to-date advice and support in line with business requirements and realities in terms of labour law, my involvement in theory and practice allows me to advise, train and design policies, interventions and processes that are relevant, sustainable and conductive to cooperative workplace relations and organizational growth.
