Dr Rita Kellerman is a registered Industrial Psychologist and a Counselling Psychologist at the Health Professions Council of South Africa (PS0005690). She has an M.A. from the University of Pretoria and a D.Phil. from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. She was Academic Director of the RSM Master’s Degree in HR at RSM, Rotterdam School of Management, in the Netherlands. She is former professor of Human Resource Management at RAU (now UJ) and RSM. She was co-editor of Management Revue, a scholarly Journal in the field of Management in Europe. International experience include a project for Kuwait Oil Company in Kuwait on Building the Workforce, teaching at the Institute of Business Studies in Moscow, the University of Ben Gurion, Israel and visiting researcher at the University of Oregon, USA. She developed and implemented Management Development programs in business and in university context. She consulted widely in South Africa and conducted workshops for the United Nations World Food Program, and TPG (holding company for TNT- International) in Rome, Shell International in The Hague, and in Houston, Texas. She works as expert witness for the South African High Court. She is a Board Member of the South African Medico-Legal Association. Rita values serving the wider community of South Africa. Her aim is to do mediation, and to achieve solutions in conflict situations.
