Short Bio

Isabelle du Plessis is admitted as an Advocate and employed as a Manager in Local Government for the past 10 years. Prior to that she and her husband owned a butchery for 5 years, obtaining extensive experience in SME. She started her career in 1988 at the Legal Aid Board of SA, obtaining her BA Law degree at RAU in 1991. Was further in managerial positions in Human Resources, Admin and Governance at Palabora Mining Company for 12 years. Obtained her LLB in 2012 and the MMC Certificate at the University of Stellenbosch's Business School during 2014. She acts as Chairperson of Disciplinary Hearings at various Western Cape municipalities and also resolves SCM disputes.
