Short Bio

I hold the degrees BA LLB and LLD. I was admitted as attorney, notary and conveyancer in 1969. I was a senior lecturer and professor of Public Law for 23 years, while also practising part-time as attorney. After retirement I have been practising full-time as attorney for some 16 years now. I have been for 28 years, and still am, a commissioner in the Small Claims Court. I have been a commissioner of the Broadcasting Complaints Commission of South Africa for the past 15 years. I have vast experience of life in general and insight in human nature. My aim is to help people solve disputes and to strive for justice.
