Grace Hughes is a registered physiotherapist. Her formal qualifications include a BSc Physiotherapy (UCT), BSc Hons Sports Science (UCT), MSc Exercise Science (UCT) and BA (UNISA). She has served on the South African Society of Physiotherapy committee, is a post-graduate lecturer in rehabilitation, sports and manual therapy. She is a volunteer with a NPO assisting disabled and indigent children in the community. She was selected chief physiotherapist for the Sooth African team to many multicoded games and para games, most recently the Olympic Games in Rio. She is often called upon in conflict resolution, as an effective and experienced leader, listener, and communicator.
