Having come through all these environments it became clear to him that there aren’t many situations where parties, in any type of dispute, has the same power. Almost all disputes end with a winning and a losing party. This didn’t seem fair and he searched for some way where parties could resolve a dispute in a fair and just manner. He found that mediation is the answer, disputes are resolved and it ends up where there is a win – win situation. Martin is passionate about mediation for the very simple reason that, in almost all cases, a fair and just outcome can be expected.
