Short Bio

Sharon is a practising advocate in Kimberley, Northern Cape Province. She started working as a prosecutor in 1983 and was admitted as an advocate of the High Court in 1988. She is a member of the Northern Cape Society of Advocates and has been practising at the Kimberley Bar from January 2008 to date. Her practice consists mainly of civil litigation. She has acted as a judge in the Northern Cape Division of the High Court of South Africa on several occasions, for a total period in excess of 4 years. She has presided in motions, criminal- and civil trials, criminal- and civil appeals and reviews and has extensive experience in criminal law and civil litigation.
