SHORT BIO QUALIFICATIONS: BIuris; LLB (University of Limpopo); LLM Environmental Law and Governance (North West University – Potchefstroom Campus); Post graduate Diploma in Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts and Certificate in Legislative Drafting (University of Johannesburg). Admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, admitted as such on 08 October 2007. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Currently Practicing Advocate, member of both Polokwane and Mpumalanga Bars, affiliated to the General Bar Council (GCB), under the umbrella body Legal Practice Council. I mainly deal with matters in the civil courts, motion courts and I also represent parties in the arbitration hearings. I was employed as an Investigator (4 years), Senior Investigator (9 years & 7 months) respectively and appointed as the Acting Provincial Representative of the Public Protector, Limpopo Provincial Office for a period of three consecutive months. In the three different positions I held in the Office of the Public Protector, my interpersonal skills, listening skills, negotiation skills, management skills, mediation and report writing skills improved. In the Public Protector’s Office, some matters are resolved through mediation. I communicated with members of the public and public servants up to the level of Members of the Executive Council in different Departments (MECs).
