COURSES
All our mediation training courses adhere to and exceed international best practices.
Mediators that have successfully completed our training courses have become members of many local and international mediation panels. It is one of only a few university accredited mediation training courses available globally. We have been presenting mediation training under the auspices of the University of Cape Town, one of the best universities in Africa, since 2014.
Our mediation training courses are DiSAC “South African Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council” accredited.
Our training methods include theoretical as well as practical application of skills. All delegates are given the chance to implement newly learnt theory in a progressive manner taking them step by step through the mediation process. We do in-person training as well as live online training via the Zoom platform.
We make use of experienced mediators as coaches to assist in helping delegates with personalised coaching and feedback during our training sessions. They all have an excellent ability to transfer their knowledge based on their vast experience to delegates during mock mediations based mostly on actual matters and disputes.
A panel of assessors review and give feedback on recorded mock mediations to evaluate the performance and competency of delegates that attended our training.
Delegates that successfully complete our training find that they have a good foundation to start and build their mediation careers on.
